Do you or anyone you know need support?
Casework and counselling services support individuals or families in crisis or under stress. The services can include face-to-face interviews, home visits, and other interventions, and are provided by registered social workers. The aim is to help clients understand their situations better, enabling them to handle and resolve their difficulties more effectively. Through these services, individuals and families can regain stability and independence.
We address various issues, such as marital difficulties, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, and family and spousal violence. Our method involves assessing the needs of individuals and families to provide comprehensive and coordinated care. This may include collaborating with stakeholders, making referrals to suitable resources, or offering individual or family counselling.
Clients who are referred to us or who seek our help will undergo an intake assessment to determine if our services can meet their needs. This process includes an initial risk assessment to ensure safety and identify potential risks, such as family violence, spousal and child abuse or suicide.
