Where it all began
Serangoon Moral Family Service Centre is strategically located at Serangoon Avenue 2. We are just a short 8 – 10 mins walk away from the MRT, which makes us an accessible facility to the people we serve.
Serangoon Moral Family Service Centre was established by the Chee Hoon Kog Moral Promotion Society in December 1996. The Centre was officially opened in March 1998. We provide accessible, affordable and professional services to those in need, irrespective of race, colour, creed, language or religion.

We extend our services to everyone regardless of race, language, religion, and creed. We pride ourselves in providing support to the Serangoon residents, as best as we can.
We are dedicated to improving the landscape of the community that we serve, and we do so by working closely with our very own residents. We believe that such an approach will bring about ideal and sustainable changes.
